Photography and Editor

I have photo shop elements 7.0 and am loving all the great options for editing my photos in my post work.  I have even acquired some really great actions and can't wait to explore more of my options with this great program. I know it doesn’t have as many options as a full version like CS3 but I think it will fill the purpose.  It is so easy to use and with all the great tutorials online I am really getting the hang of it.  I am making sure that I am all polished up on my editing before my Kids Mini session Marathon hoping to schedule for Feb.
Here is a sample of one of the great projects that I worked on yesterday.  The original picture was taken with a 10mpx Pentax DSLR, with natural light and a great winter day so the sky was amazing. The second was modified and edited in Photo Shop Elements 7.0. Any feedback will be appreciated.

I have made a final decission, My logo is complete and I love it, includes my fav color combo and everything.

I tried quite a few different ideas but came down to this one. Feel free to let me know what you think.

Photography Portfolio

I have gotten a bit more serious about my photography after adventuring photographing a friends family this summer. She has gotten great reviews for her prints and I really enjoyed working with them. Now with my in home studio equipment, I have broadened my portfolio a bit more with my daughter as my model.

Welome Back

Well my Christmas Holiday was absolutely spectacular. We spent a lot of time with family and friends, I was able to give out a lot of great homemade gifts this year and they are all well loved by the recipients.  We took a few nights at the "Big Mall" with our daughter as a special vacation, just the three of us before the baby comes. To top it all off I received a bunch of equipment for my very first Photography studio! I am so excited, I can’t wait to clear out the rest of my scrapbooking room and take advantage of this space before it the nursery. he he he. I need to get in some studio practise before I book some outside clients that I already have asking for bookings. Well, better go finish that room...
